The Robbie story

Finally in Budapest! It was the bumpiest ride ever. And we even had to remind our dear sheparon (he emphasized like a zillion times that he WAS NOT our guide) that they have a bus full of girls who need to pi every now n then. This is me n Ivana walking through the city...melting. I've never experienced such a heat! Well, i have actually, in Budapest, summer 1997, on my high-school excursion ;)
Quite hot, indeed. 36 C, in shade...n no sea. But i liked it. We got lost while trying to find a parking space for our bus-all other buses from our group left us faaaaar behind on the road so we got there last n had to manage on our own...so i got a glance of that part of the city.I just think i won't go up there in summer again. Anyway, when they've finally let us out of the bus, first we felt the heat stroke n then our natural instinct woke up (again) n we ran to the gas station to relieve ourselves...of course we waited in line for about 20min. But, 'it's ok!', to quote on our dear Miss Croatia 1993. After we've fed n rested for a while, (Pizza Hut of course), we went back to the stadium. Ivana no2 n Gina found some german youngsters trying to change their extra standing tickets for seating ones. N it so happened the three of us were more than willing to make that trade...I was happy at first with my seating place, cuz i'm petit n i remember well the stampedo on The Rolling Stones concert; but after i saw how the stadium looked like, n that our seats were waaaay up there in the middle of nowhere-i changed my mind. N so we entered...we could bring in whatever we wanted-the security girl just felt my pockets. Next time-i'm bringing a cap for my water bottle-they were taking them off...like i could toss it way over to Robbie...
Burnt cheeks and freckles at their best...n i've sat in a puddle. No surprise. I was dirty as a piglet and concert haven't even started yet. Oh, just for the record, my english tenses are screwed up since elementary school, never got them quite right...
And then the sun started setting n crowd got up on it's feet...So we found ourself a nice spot next to the fence, n there was this thingy some 10cm high lying across the floor at that section, so it was really convinient for me to stand on that ;)
Made me tall just enough to see the stage right. This group, Orson i think, got out on the stage around 8pm. They sucked! At least to me. Every other song was a bad copy of Franz Ferdinand.
And then... the clock striked 9...Fireworks were awesome, we heard the 'Radio' n then Robbie appeared...Looking good ;)
No need for describing the feeling...the crowd, the beat in my stomack n Robbie, doing what he's best at-entartaining...I'm just sorry i didn't manage to take a pict of his new tattoo that he was showing off the whole time...two swallows (i suppose), one on each side of his belly button. Think they look good, but i'd have to be (much) closer to confirm ;)
Funny thing-at one point Robbie went down to the fence of the vip zone, shook a few hands, kissed a girl, n then turned his back to them n continued singing, n on the video wall i saw female hands all over his head n back n shoulders n just one male hand going over his tummy n heading down...but Robbie went back on the stage..
One of my favourite lyrics, though first line is missing-in early morning when i wake up, i look like Kiss....
Really, girls around me were prepared to give i-don't-know-what away if that would mean they'll get to sleep with him. Or whatever it is they want from him. I don't know. Having him in my neighbourhood would probably be fun. But in my home/bed? Dunno. Perhaps occasionally, why not :)
But as far as concerts go.... ...i want more!!!

It was about time i've set up my blog. Now i have a place to show off, with all my pics from concerts n traveling, n, of course my jewelry...it'll probably take some time before i get fully accustomed with this kind of 'a diary', but u'r welcome to grow with me... ;)
